We are currently looking to open up interviews for an Assistant General Manager/Kitchen Manager.
This role plays a key part in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our establishment, ensuring exceptional service and culinary experiences for our guests.
Responsibilities include:
π Assist the General Manager in managing daily operations.
π Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
π Oversee the whole house at the highest standard. Continuously coaching and developing team members throughout high volume shifts.
